"My wife and I came from Belgium and Netherlands to find a 'retirement-condo'. We had a longlist of 70 condos of which most we saw in a period of a week. We had 3 different realtors engaged in this process, not knowing that you can actually contract a buying realtor to do the work for you. From overseas, we made a selection of realtors as well, so we narrowed down the number of people to talk to. All 3 we met were good, but upon meeting Karin Litau, things started to change.

Karin had between 7 to 10 condos in her portfolio for us to see. After the first two visits she was clear about what we wanted. What happened next was amazing and unheard of in my country, where real estate is much more expensive and realtors earn their money a lot easier. Karin was totally prepared for every condo. She showed me matters that I have never seen before from a realtor. (Average increase per year, real facts about the neighborhood, and much more). Every trip to each condo was well planned and had a story. 

As much as this is possible, we became friends in a matter of 2 days. At the end of the week, Karin advised us to buy the condo we now happily have. From hereon, she guided me in each step of the way, to make sure that I was doing the right deal of buying a condo. She also helped me with the corporate structure governing the acquisition of the condo and she had details for moving in, insurances and all other things you may typically forget.

Karin outperforms everyone when it comes to punctuality. It is almost unfair how she beats competition, no one can challenge her when it comes to documentation, research, punctuality and actual knowledge. She has always been very clear about where she can help and where she needs second opinions or other subject matter input, which gives an extreme high level of confidence. My condo is in a prestigious location and it is impressive to see how much effort, love, dedication and passion she put in this deal, which for me is a great deal. It makes me extra proud of having done business with Karin.

I repeat her own words (quite often); it is not a job she has. It is a lifestyle. I have never done business before with someone so passionate and driven. I know many realtors, in different countries, some of them prestigious ones. Karin makes them look like toddlers and junior newcomers on the market. She's simply the best."
